Formerly Oakwood Financial Corporation, KNBT Securities is a full-service brokerage firm, led by the former executives of Summit Financial Services Group (SFSG, Inc.) and Lehigh Securities. These individuals, Gerard Hallman, Richard Jennings, and Kevin Serensits, have a combined 71 years of brokerage and financial planning experience.

In addition to these experienced individuals, KNBT Securities has assembled an experienced support staff and investment/retirement specialists with diversified financial knowledge.

As a result of the Fleet Bank/Summit Bancorp merger in 2001, the group came together with the idea to create an independent and local firm that stood apart from the competition. As the brokerage industry has evolved, it has taken the path not necessarily beneficial to the customer.
